Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hour notice. -7152201046 All no call/no show's will be billed full price of the original appointment cost. We are not responsible for any items damaged caused by moisture, or general cleaning practices. We are a professional trained, IDA certified shop, and use the safest practices possible. If you have any concerns about specific areas being cleaned, please reach out. If you miss your appointment or rescheduling occurs for any reason, and you have already paid for your appointment online- this is NON- refundable. You have one opportunity to reschedule your appointment if the missed appointment of reschedule was initialed/by fault of the customer. If the missed appointment was fault on Stevens Auto Detailing, LLC. You will have 2 opportunities to to reschedule. If rescheduled appointments are missed or never made- Stevens Auto Detailing, LLC reserves the right to keep your full payment.
